Emelodi ("the Company") respects and acts in accordance with the applicable law in Israel, including the Privacy Protection Law, 5741–1981, as amended ("the Law"). The purpose of this document is to regulate the manner in which the Company collects, manages, and uses personal information as defined by the Law, and to clarify the rights of the Company and of users, all subject to applicable law.
Use of the Company's website and/or its services constitutes irrevocable consent by users to this policy in its entirety.
Information Collected and How It Is Used
The Company collects and retains personal information provided by users during their activity on the website or within the framework of other Company services, including but not limited to when making purchases, registering for the customer club, contacting customer service, or subscribing to mailings.
In addition, the Company collects and/or may collect information through technological means, including cookies, pixels, tags, and other automated tools, whether directly or through third parties, for various purposes including, among others, operating the website, analyzing user activity, personalization, fraud prevention, improving services, advancing the Company's legitimate business interests, and for advertising and marketing purposes.

The Company will retain personal information for the period required for the purposes for which it was collected, or for a longer period as may be required by law, at its discretion.

The sending of advertising materials will be carried out in accordance with the applicable law in Israel. The Company shall be entitled to contact users by email, SMS messages, telephone, or other means, to the extent that consent has been given as required. Users may notify at any time of their wish to stop receiving advertising materials, and the Company will comply in accordance with the provisions of law.
User Rights
Subject to the provisions of law, every user is entitled to review personal information about them held in the Company's databases, and to request its correction or deletion. Information Security
The Company employs accepted and reasonable measures, in accordance with law, to secure the personal information in its possession. It is clarified that although the Company invests reasonable efforts as stated, it cannot guarantee absolute immunity against unauthorized intrusions into its systems or against exposure of information.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall bear no liability for any damage, loss, or expense caused due to information security incidents, except to the extent expressly required by law.
In the event of a material information security incident, the Company will act in accordance with the provisions of law, including reporting to the Privacy Protection Authority and to customers as required.
Confidentiality
The Company, as stated, does not store the customer's credit card details in any database.
The Company undertakes not to make use of the personal information provided to it by the customer except for the purposes of operating the website, supplying and delivering the order via a shipping company, and transferring information to customers.
Subject to the above, the Company undertakes to keep the personal details provided to it confidential, and never to sell, trade, or transfer the information to an unauthorized third party.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This privacy policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction in all matters relating to this policy is granted to the competent courts in the city of Tel Aviv-Jaffa only.
Legal Capacity
Any person or company performing any action on the website, including a person making a purchase (hereinafter: "the Customer"), declares, by the mere performance of the action, that they have read and approved the terms, understood their provisions, and agree to their instructions and terms.
The Customer declares that they are legally competent to perform binding legal actions under law. If the Customer is under the age of legal competence (18), they are obligated to inform their guardian of the website's provisions and terms and to obtain prior approval from the guardian to perform actions on the website.
Changes to the Policy
The Company may change and update this policy from time to time, at its sole discretion. Any material change will be published on the Company's website. Continued use of the website by users following the publication of such an update will constitute agreement to the updated policy.
