Shipping policy

  2. The website operator will only deliver a product that has been paid for in full, to the address that the customer provided at the time of ordering. When the order is transferred to shipping, an email will be sent to the user.
  3. Shipping fees will be added to the price of the items indicated on the website. Shipping fees will be charged for delivery to one destination, even if more than one item is ordered.
  4. The website operator will provide the user with the items through an independent shipping company. The regulations of the shipping body through which the delivery will be made, will apply to the delivery of the product through the website, and will bind the customer.
  5. With regard to orders within the State of Israel, the distribution areas will be determined according to the sole discretion of the website operator and/or the shipping company with which it chooses to work. If we are talking about distant settlements - the settlements of the Arava, Eilat and settlements in the Golan Heights and/or areas that are restricted to access from a security point of view and/or other settlements where the courier company does not reach, the order will be sent individually to be coordinated with the customer.
  6. The delivery of the items by the shipping company will be done within a few days from the date of placing the order on the website (up to 7 business days). 
  7. It is clarified and emphasized that items purchased as part of promotions and/or end of season,  their delivery time will be more than 10 business days
  8. In exceptional cases where delivery by courier is important, you can contact customer service by phone to check the possibility of expediting the delivery

For the avoidance of doubt, " business day " for the purposes of these regulations are Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays and Sabbath days.

  1. The website operator is not responsible for any act and/or omission of the shipping company, and will not compensate the customer for delays by the shipping companies.
  2. Without detracting from the above, the customer agrees that the website operator will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of the product due to events beyond its control, such as a strike or shutdown, malfunctions in the communication, telephony and/or computer systems, hostilities and/or force majeure, such as war, strike, terrorist attacks , natural disasters, etc.
  3. It is clarified that the delivery of the items can and is conditional upon the presentation of the user's ID card as well as the presentation of the order confirmation number, as received from the order system for the execution of the transaction, at the sole and absolute discretion of the website operator. It is agreed that the operator of the site and/or anyone on its behalf may require any additional means of identification, at its discretion, as a condition for the delivery of the items to the user.
